At Pooja Gruha, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to assist. We do not provide any refunds, exchange only.

Exchange Policy

We only offer an exchange policy, in which customer has to pay the shipping charges.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Damaged Products: Eligible for an exchange if your order arrives damaged.

  • Wrong Product: Eligible for an exchange if you receive a different product from what you ordered.

  • Size Issues: If you need an exchange due to a size issue, an additional shipping charge will apply. Please choose your size carefully.

  • Important Requirement: For exchanges of damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product's condition upon arrival.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Unboxing video (for damaged products)

Exchange Process: Upon receiving and verifying your request and video, we will arrange for an exchange.

Processing Time: Exchanges may take up to 7-10 business days from verification.

  • No Exchanges on Change of Mind: Exchanges are only for damaged or incorrect products. We do not offer exchanges for reasons like a change of mind.
